What can we do?
We’re here to make sure you never stop, with preventative maintenance we can increase the life expectancy of your lift. Being an independent we’re not bound by generic lift service schedules, therefore we can assess your lift and develop a maintenance schedule that suits the lifts needs and fundamentally your customers.
This will be discussed with budgets / costs in mind, then depending on the environment the lift is in we can determine how often and the length your lift requires servicing.
We have experience working on all types of passenger lifts; from bespoke manufactured passenger and goods lifts, to modular lifts from Kone, Orona, Otis and Schindler.
We can provide service reports on any Traction, Hydraulic or Screw Drive lifts.

Responsibilities of Lift Owners
We can also give you independent reports on your lift being an external competent person with no clash of interests.
This falls under the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations known as LOLER.
This is an approved code of practice which is set out by the Health and Safety Executive. This states that “LOLER regulation 9(3) requires that all lifts used at work are thoroughly examined by a competent person at least every 6 months if used to carry people”
This isn’t only for industrial lifts, passenger lifts in residential locations all come under the same UK regulations.
As competent persons we can carry out LOLER inspections otherwise known as thorough examinations.
